They wanted their site to reflect their top level quality work. They also wanted employee emails set up and better awareness/interest through online marketing.
Refreshed Website Design
Having been unhappy with their existing site, We sat down to truly understand what it was Renowave wanted and site examples of what they liked.
After understanding their goals and ideas, we provided site examples that it their criteria. After moving forward with specific design, we carefully migrated the existing content and images over to the new design while restructuring the site to have a clear navigation based on what visitors wanted to see.
We reviewed the search behaviour and prioritized the sections that Renowave ranked for.
We also added more content to the site to help it rank for key search terms like “bathroom renovation” or “kitchen remodel” and more.

Employee Email Setup
It was important for Renowave to have company emails set up for their employees. Their team was familiar with Outlook and so we set up a business Office 365 account for them. The emails were also connected to their websites so any leads generated from their website would go directly to their email.
Training Guides
Knowing that Renowave works on plenty of remodelling projects, it is important that they keep their site up-to-date with photos of their latest work. We created a thorough guide for their team to go in a make any necessary updates on their own. We always ensure that the website set up is easy to maintain and to use for those who want to manage their own site.

A Thorough Digital Marketing Strategy
We tackled the marketing in 2 parts:
Awareness
We started with setting up a Google My Business profile and worked with the owner to get a sufficient amount of client reviews before starting any paid media.
Leads
With many competitors in the renovation space, we worked with an experienced PPC marketer to create ads that targeted specific projects like “Bathroom renovation” or “kitchen renovation” with the goal of generating awareness and eventually calls or leads. Renowave was also getting leads naturally through demand and their new website to the extend where they has projects planned over a year in advance.
