The RBC team designed a pilot program aimed to support first time homebuyers, rewarding them with cash and reward point incentives as they hit their savings milestones – cool right? The tricky part was building a secure digital journey that involved email, account sign up, savings goal indication, plus a connection with a savings specialist.
We architected a robust journey that spanned across 5 platforms and involved 8 different teams at RBC – which is no easy feat. Within the first two months we had over 6,000 people show interested in the program. The pilot provided insights for new RBC Royal Bank products.
